Counts are editable, so you can test your October numbers before the true-up.
Projection tool
Build a multi-year revenue projection for a proposed charter school. Pick the authorizing district and the year it opens, enter an enrollment ramp, and see SB26-023 per-pupil revenue and total program through FY33 — one year past full implementation, so a school opening in FY29 still gets a five-year budget window. Demographics start from the district’s profile and stay editable.
